How to cancel an order

Plans changed? Don’t worry—you can cancel your order as long as it’s before the restaurant’s deadline. Follow these simple steps to make the process quick and easy

✅ Steps to cancel an order

  1. Open the SmartLunch app or website.
  2. Go to "Dashboard" or "History" to find your order.
  3. Select the meal you want to cancel.
  4. Click “Details”.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click “Cancel Order.”
  6. That’s it.  Your meal is annulled.

Helpful reminders

  • Plan: Cancel meals if you know you won’t be at work.
  • Double-check your orders: Look in the Dashboard and History to see what you ordered to avoid mistakes.

💰 Refund info

  • Subsidy funds return automatically after you refresh the page.
  • Payments made with SmartLunch Money Box or PayU take 3–14 business days to refund.

  • Dashboard: See orders for upcoming days.
  • History: View future meals, cancelled orders, and past orders.
