🚚 What is an Order with the Courier?
At a scheduled time, a courier from the restaurant arrives at your company and sells meals directly to employees.
What can you buy?
You can choose from sandwiches, desserts, soups, and ready-to-heat main dishes.
⚠️ During the courier’s visit, you can pay for your meal using SmartLunch and your employer’s subsidy directly in the app.
✅ How to order from the courier
🕐 Orders can only be placed while the courier is present at your workplace. There’s no option to pre-order or reserve meals.

Order your meal directly from the courier.

In the SmartLunch app, open the On-site orders tab.

The courier will give you an order code.

Enter the code in the Enter order code field in the app.

Confirm the payment to finalize your transaction.

❓Quick questions
Can I order in advance by Smarlunch?
No. On-site orders are only available while the courier is visiting your company.
Will I get a printed receipt?
No. You’ll see a confirmation of your order in the app, but receipts are not printed.
