🚚 What is an Order with the Courier?

At a scheduled time, a courier from the restaurant arrives at your company and sells meals directly to employees. 

What can you buy?
You can choose from sandwiches, desserts, soups, and ready-to-heat main dishes.

⚠️ During the courier’s visit, you can pay for your meal using SmartLunch and your employer’s subsidy directly in the app.

✅ How to order from the courier

🕐 Orders can only be placed while the courier is present at your workplace. There’s no option to pre-order or reserve meals.

  1. Order your meal directly from the courier.

  2. In the SmartLunch app, open the On-site orders tab.

  3. The courier will give you an order code.

  4. Enter the code in the Enter order code field in the app.

  5. Confirm the payment to finalize your transaction.

  6. Done! 🎉

❓Quick questions

Can I order in advance by Smarlunch?
No. On-site orders are only available while the courier is visiting your company.

Will I get a printed receipt?
No. You’ll see a confirmation of your order in the app, but receipts are not printed.
