You can buy a meal at your workplace from a vendor who offers a specially prepared selection

You don’t need to order in the app the day before — just show up when the vendor is in the office and buy whatever you feel like.

👀 What can you buy?

The vendor offers sandwiches, salads, and ready-to-heat meals. It’s a special selection, so it may differ from the restaurant’s standard menu.

🕐 When is the vendor on-site?

At scheduled morning hours (around 9–10 AM).
The vendor stays on-site for about 15 minutes.

✅ How do you order a meal from the vendor?

1. Choose your meal and go to the vendor.
2. Open the SmartLunch app.
3. On the Home screen, tap Enter code in the Order on site section.
   
4. The courier will give you an order code.
5. Enter the code in the app.
   
   
6. Confirm the payment.
   
7. Done! 🎉

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay using SmartLunch funding, money from your Piggy Bank, and if that’s not enough, you can top up with a card or BLIK in the app.

What time will the courier arrive, and how long will be available?

The courier arrives at a pre-arranged time. They’ll stay on-site for about 15 minutes.

Can I order in advance?

No - you can only buy the meal on-site.

How can I see what’s available?

There’s no preview of the vendor’s offer in the app. You’ll only see the menu on-site. The selection is prepared fresh every day, so it may change.
