✅ Activate your account
- Find the activation Link.
Check your email inbox or SMS for a message from SmartLunch containing the activation link. - Click the link.
Open the message and click the activation link to begin the setup process. - Review and accept terms.
Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then agree to continue. - Set your password.
Create a secure and memorable password, then click “Create Account”. - 🎉 Congratulations! Your account is now ready to use.
🔑 Log In to your account
- Open the app or visit the SmartLunch website.
- Provide your login details.
Login: enter your email address or phone number.
Password: enter the password you created during activation. - Tap “Log In.
Once you enter the correct details, you will be directed to your user dashboard.
💡 Use at least eight characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

What if I didn’t receive the activation link?
Check your spam folder. Confirm your email and phone number with your HR department. If you still haven’t received it, contact SmartLunch Customer Support.
Forgot your password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
Enter your email or phone number, then check your messages for a reset link to create a new password.
Is the activation link expired?
Email biuro@smartlunch.pl to request a new link.
Can I use my account on multiple devices?
Yes, you can log in on any device.
