How to delete an employee account?

Is your employee leaving the company? Want to remove them from the app? Here's how to do it.

✅ Steps to delete an employee account. 

  1. Go to "Employee" panel and find the employee.
  2. Locate the employee whose account you want to delete.
  3. Select the employee
  4. Click on the employee's name or details to select them.
  5. Click "More options."
  6. Click the "More Options" icon (three vertical dots) at the end of the table.
  7. Select "Delete account."
  8. From the menu, choose the "Delete Account" option.
  9. Choose deletion timing
  10. Decide if you want to delete the account immediately or schedule it for later.
  11. Confirm the deletion
  12. Confirm the action to finalize the account deletion.

💡Check the status of any active orders before deleting the account.
